Cider: There are many producers of local produce. One you might like to visit is on the Greenway in the village of Saint Saire. Clos-du-Bourg is a producer of organic cider, calvados & pommeau. Open Monday to Saturday 9-12 & 14-18. Tours of their production facilities are by arrangement.
Cheese: Neufchâtel cheese, with its heart shape, is one of the famous cheeses of France. Many farms sell direct to the public.
